• Do not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, harassing or harmful purposes.
• You are solely responsible for how you use any content you download or generate.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first purchases. Contact us to request a refund.
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

4. Intellectual property

The ReelForge AI brand, site and software are ours. Content you download belongs to its original creators; content you generate is yours to use, subject to section 2.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. ReelForge AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, X, TikTok or YouTube. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific results.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelForge AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for misuse of content downloaded or generated through the Service.
